Mission Dolores is located in San Francisco, California and was founded in 1776. I have drawn and painted one of the domes of this mission. First, I drew a semi-detailed image of the dome in pencil. After, I used an Ultra Fine Line Sharpie over the pencil draft. Then I came in with the washes starting with the loose sky and clouds. Adding watercolor washes over the structure area was done last. Ink and watercolor.
