Heirarchy Of Pleasure

I am not much of a golfer but I always like the beautiful green courses that would make a hot day seem less hot. Many courses abut up to clusters of rock (like in Arizona) or above the blue oceans (like coastal California courses) which make picturesque scenes.

The number one pleasure when I play golf is to take in the outstanding scenery on or near the golf course. Improving my golf game comes next, comradery with my partners comes next and the pain I feel in my knees at days end ranks the lowest.

I hope you like this scene shown at the edge of a golf course. Ink and watercolor.

Terry what an unbelievable sketch. The coloring, as always is great. I've been on some of those courses in Scottsdale, up past Camel Back, years ago. Just stunning scenery in that town. Great job. Ricky

Excellent priorities -- the setting is the best aspect of golf, and you've done a lovely sketch of this one.

Beautiful beautiful scene! THere's nothing like that on any of the golf courses in Kansas. I don't think I'd be able to concentrate on ANY game with that around. Lovely painting.

Ricky--
Arizona has some beautiful golf courses surrounded by desert and shrubs. Love the green grass against the parched earth.

Charlene, Murphy girl, Coreopsis-
Thank you. Now it's your turn to do a desert-golf scene.
